Hi,1. Since when are you facing this issue?2. Were there any changes made prior to this issue?Method 1:Make sure the cable is plugged in properly.Method 2:Check if you are able to get to the desktop in Safe Mode.A description of the Safe Mode Boot options in Windows XP:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222Method 3: If that issue still persists, enable VGA [Video Graphics Array] mode and check if you are able to get to the desktop. This option starts Windows in 640 x 480 mode by using the current video driver (not Vga.sys). This mode is useful if the display is configured for a setting that the monitor cannot display.A description of the Safe Mode Boot options in Windows XP:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222Regards, Manasa P – Microsoft Support.
